1. Information we collect

When you use Sort Your Files, we collect:

• Google account information: email, name and profile picture (via Google OAuth).
• Google Drive access: permission to read file metadata and rename files in the folders you choose. We do not access the content of your files.
• Usage data: folders added, history of organize runs.

2. How we use your information

• To authenticate you and maintain your session.
• To access your Google Drive folders and rename files based on their real creation date.
• To manage your subscription and payments.

3. What we do NOT do

• We do not read, download or permanently store the content of your files.
• We do not share your information with third parties, except for the providers necessary to operate the service (Google, Dodo Payments, Turso).
• We do not sell your data.

4. Data storage

Your data is stored on secure servers (Turso for the database, Google Cloud Run for processing). Google Drive access tokens are stored securely and used exclusively to operate the service.

5. Your rights

You can revoke access to your Google Drive at any time from your Google account settings. You can also delete your account by contacting us.
